RICHMOND, Va. — A Virginia Union freshman soccer participant has died after collapsing throughout soccer follow over the weekend. He was 19.
Quandarius Wilburn’s demise was introduced by the Division II college.
The 6-foot-2, 230-pound defensive finish collapsed Sunday throughout a conditioning session, based on a letter the college’s president despatched to college students and workers Monday.
The letter stated Wilburn was taken to VCU Medical Heart, the place he later died, information shops reported. The soccer crew had spent a full day collectively — breakfast, church and lunch earlier than the exercise, the letter stated.
